    A last-gasp Ali Mohammed goal was pivotal in ensuring that, Accra Lions bagged all three points at the expense of Karela United at the Accra Sports Stadium.

     



    In the led-up to the game week ten fixture both teams had contrasting league fortunes, the host, had only won a single match in five games, which came against, Hearts of Lions.

    It was least surprising that coach Tanko named a strong lineup that featured the likes of, Baba Apiiga, Daniel Awuni, Remember Adomako Boateng, Ali Mohammed, Musa Hamzata, David Oduro, and several others.

    Mohammed Yahaya reacted the quickest to head home the first goal of the game after Hamza Attah’s initial effort came off the bar in the 3rd minute of the game. 

    In what looked like, Accra Lions would finish the game as victors with a goal margin, Attah Kumi Samuel popped up with the equalizer after he latched on a through pass from Prince Darmang.

     Accra Lions roared the loudest through Mohammed Ali after a nice intricate passing from the host to bask all three points after match proceedings in game week ten of the Ghana Premier League.
