Current holders of the league, Medeama SC will go head-to-head with Heart of Lions when the pair come up against each other at the Akoon Community Park on Sunday.
The defending champions have reacted strongly after they were bundled out of the CAF Champions League some months ago which has seen them look to finish the season with an admirable position.
The Mauve and Yellow outfit, third on the log with 49 points will hope to give their last but one home game an arousing final push.

Since the start of the second round, the Tarkwa-based club has yet to lose a home game, their home form has been fantastic, picking 34 points from a possible 45 points, and conceding just 4, which makes them difficult to beat at home.
For some reason, the Kpando-based club has managed to improve their performances in the league, unbeaten in their last 5 league games with 4 wins and a draw but that hasn’t assuaged the reality of possibly being relegated from the league in a little of a year since they returned after a 10-years hiatus.

This game has a lot to play for, the host will look to finish stronger while Heart of Lions will hope to solidify their position in the league with two games to round up the 2023/24 season.
