The pain of losing a loved one will linger on in the minds of Kotoko following the untimely death of a passionate supporter, Nana Pooley, who has since been laid to rest.

This week, they resume football activities as they play Legon Cities at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The team that inflicted their first season loss saw them on a four consecutive losing streak and later a four-game winning streak.

The Porcupine Warriors have picked three wins from their last five games but four wins in their five home duels.

The visiting team’s story is rather on a downslide. They’ve lost their last five away duels, a feat new head coach Yaw Acheampong will look to remedy over the weekend against a wounded home team.
This game will be so important for both sides, for, Kotoko will be eager to bounce back from a 1-0 defeat to Nsoatreman on February 2 but a win to spark their league title ambitions will be on the cards for them.

A keen contest will be expected at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium between the two sides on Sunday, hopefully, it lives up to the billing.

Predictions : Kotoko 2-1 Legon Cities
