    Karela United will welcome Kotoko for their first home fixture of the 2024-25 Ghana Premier League campaign.

    The two sides hope to get their season up and running on a good start with a win.

    The host, flirted with relegation last season and needed a last-gasp win on the final day of the round of games to stay afloat in the league. I’m sure they have learned their lessons from the season gone by. T

    They have reinforced their squad with former Hearts of Oak duo players, Benjamin York, Victor Aidoo, Najib Fuseini, Fidaus Mohammed, and Faisal Gariba.

    Similarly, former Ghana Premier League champions, Kotoko was not left out of the shopping spree. Once they let go of over twenty players in the summer transfer window, it was only prudent that they augmented the squad.

    The Pride and Passion boys have a fantastic record against the Porcupine Warriors. They are unbeaten in their last seven clashes against them across all competitions.
