    The Ghana Premier League will take center stage over the weekend with several teams going head-to-head against each other.

     



    It’s been over four weeks since Hearts of Oak kicked a ball in the Ghana Premier League. However, this weekend they taste league action against the newly promoted side, Young Apostles at the University of Ghana Sport Stadium with three points up for grabs.

    For the host, the pain from their exit in the FA Cup a fortnight ago at the hands of Golden Kicks reigns heavily on their shoulder but an opportunity to appease their fans won’t be too much to ask. They sit 4th with title hopes ambitions, having won four in five games at home.

    The Phobians will fancy their chances against the Young Apostles, who are not bad away travelers. They have picked 8 points from 9 games and 3 wins in their last five games which should inspire hope and belief in the lead-up to this duel in the nation’s capital.
