Kotoko will have a big hurdle to overcome when they visit Golden City Park to face Berekum Chelsea on Sunday.

The host has picked four points from two games with an outstanding game in hand. They sit fifth on the league log and will hope to continue their unbeaten streak against the Porcupine Warriors.

They boast an enviable record at home, unbeaten in 13 of their last 14 home matches, which has seen them score an average of a goal in all these games.

Head coach Samuel Boadu will hope to get one over Kotoko to cement their authority at home and in the ongoing league.

Similarly, the Reds will hope to shrug off their disappointing 1–1 draw at the Len Clay Stadium against Young Apostles.

Coach Ogum’s Kotoko have not found it easy against, their host, they have lost their last 11 games which dates back to over a decade.

The absence of midfielder Baba Yahaya and left-back Esmat Abdalhamid Hassabalbagi will certainly be a huge miss for the visitors in this week’s encounter.

A feat they will hope to unwrite this weekend as the pair clash at Golden City Park, a toast for the neutrals and a must-win for both sides to earn the bragging rights.

    Predictions: Berekum Chelsea 2-1 Kotoko.
