A close look at the Ghana Premier League will show Sogakope based club WAFA at the bottom of the Ghana Premier League. Not too long ago, this very team were pushing, Hearts and Kotoko, in what they eventually finished 3rd on the log behind the duo.

This season, a culmination of 3 successive losses (Aduana Stars, AshantiGold, and Berekum Chelsea) has seen them, peel off from the top half of the table to the bottom, which is uncharacteristic judging from how they have matured since they gained promotion into the league some years ago having produced a notable number of stars for local and foreign clubs.

This weekend, they go again, this time against, a rejuvenated Medeama SC, who have won 3 out of their last 5 games in the ongoing league.

Head coach Zaragoza will be heavily reliant on Lawrence Agyekum, Godwin Agbevor, Justus Torustsey, Boakye Yiadom and others to rally their acts together to manage their 2nd victory in 5 games when the pair clash in what will be their 10th meeting at the Sogakope Red Bull Arena.

PREDICTIONS: WAFA SC 2-1 MEDEAMA SC
