Former champions Accra Hearts of Oak will hope to get their season on track as they welcome Nsoatreman FC to the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

The Phobians fell to a last-minute header from Owusu Afriyie from Real Tamale United which saw the host run off with all three maximum points in their season opener at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

The Phobians have augmented their squad with some fresh talents, Martin Karikari, Raphael Dwamena, Kelvin Osei Asibey, Kofi Agbesima, Liventus Arthur, Ramos Kashala Wanet, Michael Ampadu and Evans Adomako.

Coach Martin Koopman hopes these lads will make full use of opportunities in this weekend’s clash against the visitors with a full setup available for selection.

For Nsoatreman, this will be another game to continue where they left off having pinned a win over Bechem United at home.

The team has undergone some technical changes to the playing body, which saw the appointment of Maxwell Konadu as head coach.

Manaf Umar, Osei Bonsu, Felix Hammond, Dennis Votere, and Kwabena Adu Meider were also recruited for the playing body for the new season and didn’t disappoint in the first game.

This game has all to play for both teams, the Phobia’s Hearts of Oak hold a big advantage having beaten the away side on two previous occasions but will have coach Maxwell Konadu to contend with having failed to beat him in his managerial career.

Predictions: Hearts of Oak 2-1 Nsoatreman
