Aduana Stars will welcome Medeama SC in game week two of the ongoing Ghana Premier League at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park.

The two-time champions of the league will be hoping to hit the ground running following their opening loss away to Samartex.

Coach Acheampong facing off with his previous employers will hope to get one over them to make a bold statement on why they shouldn’t have sacked him from his job.

He will have Zakaria Mumuni, Emmanuel Gyamfi, Bright Enchil, Rich Sackey, Richard Tetteh, Isaac Mintah, and the return of Bright Adjei to bolster his attack for the cracking duel at Dormaa.

Meanwhile, the current holders of the league, Medeama SC will have a host a lot on their hands knowing very well they are coming against a team they have failed to beat away from home on twelve separate occasions.

Evans Adotey and his technical team will have to rally the team to victory in the absence of, forward, Jonathan Sowah, exciting midfielder Manuel Mantey, wingers Derrick Fordjour and Theophilus Anobah but the return off, Zimbabwe international Kudakwashie Mahachi and experienced defender Kwadwo Amoako should present them a with a formidable squad.

Both teams will give this game their ultimate best with the idea of bagging a win to start their season after failing to win their first respective games of the season.

Prediction: Aduana Stars 3-0 Medeama SC
