Ghana Premier League sides, WAFA SC and Kumasi Asante Kotoko will test each other’s resolve this weekend at the Sogakope Red Bull Arena.

Both set of sides of clubs are coming into this crucial fixture on the back of recording contrasting results in their last few games, the home side have picked a solitary win in their last 6 games which has adversely affected their standings on the league log.

Kotoko on the other hand lost two consecutive games, the first time in the league, which has seen their lead at the summit of the table cut to 7 points by second placed Bechem United.

With that in mind, Prosper Ogun Narteh and his lads would look to put that bad patch of form behind them as quickly as possible in order to get back to winning ways.

The home side will have to play above their weight levels to apply the brakes on the Porcupine Warriors, who are a top side any time they play away from home having notched 20 points on their away travels compared to the Academy boys who have only picked 22 points from 13 games at the Sogakope Red Bull Arena.

Owusu, the energetic full-back has been involved in 9 league appearances for the club since making the move from Liberty Professionals who got relegated from the Ghana Premier League last season.

    PREDICTIONS: WAFA SC 2-1 KOTOKO
