Match Preview and Prediction : RTU vs King Faisal

Real Tamale United (RTU) has been pitted against King Faisal for the last game of the season at the Aliu Mahama Stadium.

The host put up a gallant display away from home to beat Accra Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports Stadium in a game that had a lot of stakes riding on it for the away side.

The Pride of the North will hope to cap their final home game with a win over relegated side, King Faisal but in the lead-up to their final home game the playing body has refused to train as a result of unpaid salary arrears owed them despite the CEO’s intervention.

However, relegated side, King Faisal will bid the premier league a farewell in the hope that they win what will be their last away game of the season.

Last weekend, they put up a fantastic display to thump Legon Cities at the Abrankese in a four-goal thriller, a brace from Abdul Latif, and a goal from the informed Baba Yahaya.

Coach Ignatius Osei-Fosu would be gutted having led the Insha Allah boys to relegation on the back of saying that the team could win the league but all that is in the thin air now.

Hopefully, he learns his lessons in case he will be made to lead them in Division One next season.

    Predictions: RTU 1-1 King Faisal.
