Real Tamale United’s resolve will be tested this weekend by Kumasi Asante Kotoko in match week eight of the ongoing betPawa Premier League.

In their last few games, the home side have been able to pick two wins from five, their last home win came against no less a team than Aduana Stars, who had not lost a match until they faced the home side.

The Tamale-based side found their opening games very torrid to pull through and it was least surprising that they only managed 2 points from 12 points in 4 games but two consecutive wins against Berekeum Chelsea and Aduana Stars soften the pressure on them only to lose away to Great  Olympics last weekend at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The current holders of the league, Kotoko are not doing quite badly in the current campaign, admirably, they have picked 4 wins from 7 games under new coach, Seymour Zerbou, who is still racking up the points only to draw against Legon Cities putting an end to their consecutive match winning streak.

The Porcupine Warriors’ last away game at Medeama SC saw them run with all 3 points, a streak, they would be counting on repeating as they face their weekend host at the Tamale Sports Stadium.

    Predictions : RTU 1-1 Kotoko
