The Akoon Park will witness an interesting spectacle between, home side, Medeama SC, and their visitors, Bechem United who travelled over 5 hr 33 min (297.7 km) via Goaso-Bibiani Rd to honor the match 18 of the Ghana Premier League.

The home side have not enjoyed the best of fortunes in the first round of the campaign, they have been tagged as one of the favorites to win the league this season but as things stand, they lay 5th on the log, 10 points adrift the table toppers, Kotoko, who don’t look like slowing down anytime soon in the league.

The Mauve and Yellow side haven’t been prolific in front of goals as they have managed a paltry 10 goals and conceded 10 in 17 games.

Bechem United are on some good form in the ongoing league, they trail Kotoko by 7 points but that said they haven’t done bad for themselves as they lay 2nd on the log with 30 points.

The Hunters are the least conceding side in the league with 8 goals, Abdulai Iddrisu has been a rock in between the sticks other lads, Annor Emmanuel, Latif Anabila, Twene Francis, Avornyo Emmanuel and Okrah Augustine haven’t rested on their laurels as well.

These two sides will go head-to-head in what will be a feisty affair between them at the Akoon Park

    Predictions: Kotoko 2-0 Dreams FC
