Defending champions Accra Hearts of Oak will be at their favourite home turf, Accra Sports Stadium and play host to a resurgent Karela United.

Samuel Boadu and his charges may be 4th on the log, harboring title ambitions of the league, hoping the likes of Kotoko, Medeama and Bechem United slip in the coming weeks to provide a loop in the title race.

The home side have picked 32 points from 15 games playing in front of their fans as they will be looking to add up this weekend’s opponent to their latest prey list.

Kobby Mensah’s side have found it almost difficult playing away from the Crosby Awuah Memorial park, they have only amassed a meager 11 points from 45 points.

This week, both teams have had their players called up to the respective national teams, with Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Saifu Ibrahim, Daniel Korsah, and Abdul Aziz headlining for the home side whiles the away side’s Umar Bashiru, who has banged 12 goals has also been rewarded for his hard work together with Augustine Randolph.

    Predictions: HEARTS 2-1 KARELA UNITED
