Kotoko seems to be on a magical wavelength in the ongoing Ghana Premier League 2021-22 which has stirred up the emotions of the fans to think that, this season might just be their year to reclaim the league title they ceded to bitter rivals, Hearts of Oak.

This weekend, they travel away to face a bruised Karela United, who are still grinding the pieces together following their 2-0 defeat at the hands of Medeama in Tarkwa.

The home side lost a goal gem in Diawusie Taylor to Future FC, Egypt, which to an extent have affected their goal-scoring fortunes, scoring 4 and conceding 5 in 4 games.

Kobby Mensah and his boys will have to play above their weight levels against Kotoko at CAM park, last season; they lost their enviable record to them, and am sure they still have that at the back of their minds.

Meanwhile, the away side are enjoying the dividends of their pre-season harvest, considering, Isaac Oppong, Richmond Lamptey, Samuel Boateng have been involved in 8 goals from 4 games.

Kotoko holds the advantage when it comes to matches between the pair, winning 3 and drawing one out of 5 games.

    Prediction: Karela 2-1
