Libyan club Al Ahly Benghazi has signed Kotoko forward Albert Amoah.

The 23-year-old attacker joined the Porcupine Warriors from Accra Great Olympics ahead of last season and became an instant fan favorite.

His technical abilities, energetic runs, amazing finishing prowess, and others were enough to set him apart from other forwards in the club and the league.

The intelligent forward plundered 16 goals in 30 league appearances for Kotoko.

Amoah’s exploits in Africa saw him score two goals in four appearances during the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary rounds of games against Kwara United.

Libyan club Al Ahly Benghazi has a big asset in Amoah, but for Kotoko it will be a big miss for them in the domestic league.
