Legon Cities defender, Frank Akoto has expressed disappointment following their narrow loss at home against former Ghana Premier League champions, Medeama SC.

Defender Kamaradini Mamudu’s first-half strike proved the match-winner between the two sides at the end of the game proceedings.

Speaking to Saharafootball.net, he remarked that he considers this move as a step in the right direction.

“I didn’t expect this results in our home game, but it’s football, you win some and lose some. We hope to bounce back” he ended.

The defeat leaves the Royals firmly rooted at the bottom of the league with no points from two games.
