Asante Kotoko striker Franck Mbella Thierry Etouga is set to join Italian outfit Udinese Calcio Football Club, Sahara football understands.
According to circling rumors in the Ghanaian media landscape, the Italian club have verbally finalized contract details with the player’s representatives.
The player will travel in the next few days to seal his medicals and officially pend down his signature to a new contract with the club.
Franck Etouga joined Kotoko from Cameroon earlier in the season and took the league by storm as he terrorized defenders at will with speed, precision, technique, and immense talent.
Etouga scored 21 Goals in the 2021/22 season for the Porcupine Warriors breaking former legend of the club,Eric Bekoe’s long-standing record of a decade.
