    Kotoko terminate contracts of seven players

    Asante Kotoko has mutually agreed on the contract termination of seven players in an ongoing summer overhaul by the club following the end of the 2023/2024 Ghana Premier League.

     



    This termination comes just a day after eleven players were released from the club.

    The club confirmed that long-serving goalkeeper, Danlad Ibrahim, the enterprising, Isaac Oppong, Ivoirian, and Serge-Eric Zeze were part of the players that have been let go by the club.

    Others include Kalo Ouattara, George Mfegue, Nicholas Osei Bonsu, Augustine Agyapong, Nicholas Mensah, John Tedeku, Moise Pouty, and Mohammed Sheriff.

    This morning the club further announced that seven players in persons off, Samuel Asamoah, Nanabayin Amoah, Isahaku Fiseini, Rocky Dwamena, Richmond Opoku, Julius Ofori, and Ziggy Shadrack Addo’s contract have been terminated.

    Kotoko will hope to dig deep into the transfer market to sign players to augment their squad ahead of the new season.
