This step is aimed at scouting young potential, grooming them, and giving them the needed tutoring in their football career.

“For eighteen, I went pro. I was that lad, you know, and I was loving it too,”

“And then I was sent to Tottenham. Ten days on, the coach told me that he didn’t want me.”

That was the turning point in his own career that bred a lifelong dream to ensure young players enjoy the guidance he never received.

“Money or the fame or the big club is not always the right step to make,” Boateng stated.

“That’s why I said, I wanna bring it to my experience of always wanting to be there for my boys.”

He added forcefully, “You have a Rookie & Champ player with eighteen. He’s ready for everything. He’s ready in front of fifty thousand to take a penalty.” he told TransferRoom summit.
