Ghana will take on Austria in an international friendly on Friday evening at Ernst Happel Stadium.
The two teams will use the game to fine-tune their preparations ahead of the upcoming FIFA World Cup in North America.
Austria’s head coach, Ralf Rangnick, during his press conference, said his team will treat this game with all the seriousness it deserves.
“Ghana is a technically sound team with physicality, athleticism, and dynamism. This is exactly the kind of test we need,” Rangnick said ahead of the clash.
The likes of David Alaba, Marcel Sabitzer, Kevin Danso, Marko Arnautovic, and Michael Gregoritsch will feature heavily for the host.
Meanwhile, Ghana coach Otto Addo has the full complement of his squad available for selection.
Both sides have met just once before – a 1-1 draw in Graz back in 2007.
The game promises to be a big duel for both teams, looking to get one over each other.
