WAFA SC Guillermo Hamdan Coach Zaragoza has diffused the mounting fears of the fans by suggesting that he has the backing of the board.

This development comes about as a result of the team’s dwindling performances in the ongoing league.

WAFA SC lost to Accra Hearts of Oak in a midweek fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium making it their 3rd consecutive loss in 5 games, which has heightened calls for a change in match results.

Speaking to reporters after the game, Coach Zaragoza, remarked that, he is not worried about the turn of events because he has the backing of the board.

“ I am not worried with our position on the league table, I have got the support of the board, they like how I am developing the players and know that most of our players will be leaving to Europe, so we are on course.”

WAFA SC are currently stationed on the 17th position on the Ghana Premier League.
