    Ghana forward Maxwell Abbey Quaye has opened up on his recent move to Saudi Arabia club, Al Qalah ahead of the new season.

     



    The former Altehami forward penned down a two-year deal with the second division team stationed in Al-Jawf.

    Speaking to Saharafootball.net following his recent move from the third division to the second division of Saudi Arabia football, he shared that he was looking forward to the new chapter in his career.

    “I’m delighted and proud to sign for Al Qalah Club! It’s an honor to join and I can’t wait to put on the violet shirt and get started”.

    “I’m very much looking forward to this new chapter in my career. Exciting times ahead.

    Finally, a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, both on and off the pitch. See you soon” he ended.

    Abbey-Quaye scored 18 goals and 9 assists in 17 games for Altehami.

    He has previously had stints with clubs such as Duhok, Al Sinaa, SK Zilina and recently Altehami.
