Henry Addo scorers 4th league goal in MSK Zilina’s away win over FC Spartak Trnava.



In the Slovakian Liga, young Ghanaian talent Henry Addo continued to impress with his excellent performance. He once again found the back of the net as MSK Zilina triumphed over FC Spartak Trnava in a highly competitive match on Sunday afternoon.

The 20-year-old forward sealed the victory for Zilina, securing a 2-0 win at the City Arena Trnava and solidifying their position at the top of the league standings.

Zilina took the lead in the 59th minute when North Macedonian midfielder Andrej Stojchevski scored, with young Mario Sauer providing the assist. Shortly after, Henry Addo, the Ghanaian forward, extended Zilina’s lead by converting a long pass from goalkeeper Lubomir Belko.

Samuel Gidi, another Ghanaian player, started the game for Zilina but was substituted in the 89th minute for Patrik Myslovic.

Kelvin Ofori, a Ghanaian attacker, entered the game for Trnava at the beginning of the second half, replacing Nigerian midfielder Azeez Oseni.

Henry Addo has been in outstanding form for Zilina since the start of the 2023-24 season, scoring four goals and providing two assists in five league appearances.
