Hearts of Oak fullback Michael Ampadu has given the strongest indication that the team is fired up for the game against Hearts of Lions.

The two teams will go head-to-head in one of the toughest duels in week nineteen of the league.

The home side have managed two back-to-back draws against Samatex and Basake Holy Stars and will hope to turn those draws into wins on Friday against the Kpando based club.

Speaking to the club’s in-house media team, Ampadu who has been on exile following a disagreement with the club’s head coach Aboubakar Ouattara has affirmed the team’s preparedness for the game.

’We are ready to give it everything we’ve got this Friday. Our fans are counting on us, and we can’t wait to get out there!’ –  Michael Ampadu.

The Phobians will look to bask a win against Lions who beat them in the first round in game week two by 2-0 to push their title ambitions.

For Lions it will be a fine opportunity to inflict more pain on the host when the two meet.

They occupy the 3rd spot with 33 points from 18 games.
