The Airport Police have detained Elvis Herman Hesse, the Chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak’s National Chapters Committee (NCC).

This comes in response to a formal complaint made by Vincent Sowah Odotei, a board member for Accra Hearts of Oak.

After the Phobians were eliminated from the CAF Confederations Cup on Sunday evening, both men could be seen engaged in a heated argument at the Accra Sports Stadium.

As the game progressed, board member Vincent Sowah Odotei quarreled with Hearts supporters’ leader Elvis Herman Hesse in the VIP area.

It is still unknown what may have prompted Sowah Odotei to argue fiercely with Herman Hesse, but at some point, onlookers had to separate the two.

Hearts of Oak won 1-0 with Caleb Amankwaah’s acrobatic strike the only goal which was not enough to see Hearts progress.

The NCC was scheduled to hold a press conference today but it has been halted with current events.
