Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani unhappy with Bechem United home draw

Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani was left disappointed as his side struggled to beat Bechem United on Sunday.

The Phobians were looking to close the gap on Medeama SC, who had earlier on lost the plot against Nations FC at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Stadium by 2-1.

The home team created very few opportunities in the first half.

The second half was similar, with less creativity in the heart of midfield, no sense of urgency for moving the ball quickly, and a lack of clear-cut opportunities to bury home the lead.

In Didi Dramani’s post-match reaction, he didn’t hesitate to share his disappointment.

“For them, they will say it’s a fair result because right from the onset we could see that is what they wanted to do. To sit and go on the breaks. We could have also lost the game because in such situations it’s really tough. I think we were disappointing,” the Hearts of Oak coach said.

Hearts of Oak will travel to Kumasi in two weeks’ time to face Kotoko ahead of the Super Clash.
