    Accra Hearts of Oak have begun intensive training on Wednesday, 7, Decemeber, 2022 as they prepare for the resumption of the league.



    The former league winners have been training under new manager, Slavko Matic with the hope of doing well in the league.

    A host of the first team players, Richmond Ayi, Eric Antwi, Benjamin Yorke, Samuel Inkoom, Yassan Otchang, Addo Sowah are all in camp training intensively.

    Hearts are without Gladson Awako, Konadu Yiadom, Seidu Suraj, and Afriyie Barnieh who have teamed up with the Black Galaxies ahead of their upcoming tournament in Algeria.



    The league was placed on hold as a result of Ghana’s participation in the ongoing World Cup in Qatar, which is currently at the Quarterfinals stage. 

    Hearts of Oak are stationed on the 5th position with 13 points from 8 games in the 2022/23 betPawa Premier League.
