Former Ghanaian international, Yaw Preko is in line to be named head coach of Accra base Ghana Premier League club, Accra Great Olympics ahead of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.

This follows Coach Annor Walker’s switch from the club to join the newly promoted club, Samartex FC.

Yaw Preko having served closely with the former coach, Annor Walker is viewed as the automatic choice to replace the departing trainer who won’t be with the one-time league champions this season.

The former Ghanaian international is expected to lead the “Dade boys” as they compete for honors in the upcoming GHALCA Top 6 tournament which is bound to start in a matter of days.

Preko comes into this new job having managed, Hearts of Oak, Ifeanyi Ubah, and Medeama SC in the past few years.
