Accra Great Olympics coach, Bismark Kobi-Mensah has heaped immense praise on his squad following their momentous victory over Accra Hearts of Oak in the Mantse derby on March,1,2023.

The two sides went head-to-head in the clash at the Accra Sports Stadium but a second-half penalty from, Samuel Abbey Ashie-Quaye proved the match-winner for the Dade boys as well Bismark Kobi-Mensah’s first win as coach of his new side.

Speaking to the StarTimes, following their win over their regionals rivals, he was full of praise for how his new squad gave off their best in that tricky encounter,

He said: “Seriously, the credit goes to the players. They have worked hard with discipline, with character, and momentum. You saw the solidarity among players, it is good. I think we deserve to win this game. They (Hearts) saw more of the ball but we had the clearest chance and we scored. Mentally they were read and they’ve gotten the results today. “he ended.

This win lifts the Dade boys up to 11th on the log as they travel to Abrankese to take on King Faisal for the week twenty clash on March 4, 2023.
