    In the battle of the heavyweights, Kotoko’s supremacy was evident as they beat their fiercest rivals Hearts of Oak in a five-goal thriller at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. 


    Samartex and Bechem United were big winners over the weekend over Hearts of Lions and Accra Lions respectively.

    Nations FC made it five wins from five games at the expense of table toppers, Aduana Stars at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.

    Meanwhile, Medeama SC and Dreams FC were involved in Africa’s inter-club competition, which prohibited them from playing this week’s game week fourteen games.
