    The Super Clash of the season between, Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak provided the needed excitement as both teams ended the game sharing a point a piece at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium. 



    In other match duels, Aduana Stars nearly received the shock of their lives as newly promoted side, Samartex raced to a 2-goals lead in the first half only to be pegged back in the second half with both settling for a point at the end of the game, Karela United recovered from their week two loss to Accra Lions as they posted an emphatic victory over a buoyant, Dreams FC side, who are tasting their first defeat of the season under, Ignatius Osei-Fosu. 

    Accra Lions bagged their second win from two games against Tamale City to move them up to 5th on the log, Maxwell Konadu’s Legon Cities repeated the dosage on Real Tamale United following last weekend’s victory over Tamale City.
