Kotoko bagged their first win in four games following a narrow win over Bechem United courtesy of an Enoch Morrison goal at the Baba Yara Sports in the betPawa Ghana Premier League.

The Mantse derby between, Accra Hearts of Oak and Great Olympics provided little shock as the latter continued their dominance over the city rivals with Samuel Ashie-Quaye scoring the decisive goal.

In other games, a goal each from a resurgent, Abednego Tetteh and Godfred Kyei saw Bibiani GoldStars bag a 2-0 win over Nsoatreman at Duns Park to lift them up to 4th on the league log.

Accra Lions were the only side in the midweek pile of games to record an away win over Karela United at the Crosby Awuah Memorial park.
