GPL Week 10 Review: Medeama and King Faisal back to winning ways, Hearts suffer defeat, Kotoko held

Two-time winners of the Ghana Premier League, Aduana Stars held Kotoko to a goalless draw at the Nana Agyemang Badu II park to maintain their status at the table’s summit as Hearts lost to Bechem United.

In Tamale, there was double joy for Real Tamale United and Tamale City, who bagged all three points at the expense of their weekend opponents, Kotoku Royals, and Great Olympics at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

Alex Aso’s Legon Cities failed to deepen the wounds of a beleaguered Karela United as they shared the spoils at the Sogakope Red Bull Arena while Berekum Chelsea and Bibiani GoldStars also ended goalless.

King Faisal pitched their fourth win in five games as they made light work of newly promoted side, Nsoatreman FC at the Baba Yara Stadium with goals from Joseph Gordon and Godfred Asiamah.
