GPL Match Preview: Aduana Stars vs Legon Cities

Two times former Ghana Premier League winners Aduana Stars are slowly picking up the pace in the ongoing league when they host Legon Cities FC in week nine at Dorma on Sunday.

Paa Kwesi Fabin has not been able to nick the points off teams he has come up against in recent times but a home fixture against struggling Accra-based Legon Cities should provide a perfect opportunity for his side to run away with the three maximum points.

The Ogya Boys bruised from a 2-1 loss to Medeama SC will be hoping for much better performance when they welcome the royals into their dangerous fold.

Cities coach Bashir Hayford buoyed by their first victory of the season to WAFA are in line for their second win of the season should they give a good account of themselves in a match they come in as underdogs.

The Royals should be wary of the dynamic duo Yahaya Mohammed, Bright Adjei, who have scored six goals in eight league games thus far if they don’t want to add to their eight goals deficit.

Both teams have won seven each out of seventeen fixtures with the other ending in a draw.

    Prediction Aduana 2-0 Legon Cities
