GPL Match Preview: WAFA vs Dreams FC

WAFA sent strong signals in week 11 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League 2020-21 season when they dispatched Liberty Professionals by 5-0 goals at the Sogakope Red Bull Arena.

This result by any virtue should send shivers down the spine of anyone coming to town, next up on the list is Dreams FC.

The “Still believe” side are slowly picking up the pace in the ongoing league under new coach Vladislav Viric, players are responding to tactics and results are trickling in bit by bit, managing a 2-2 draw over the weekend against Elmina Sharks.

They have since picked 4 points in away turfs, the likes of Joseph Esso (4), Paul Okraku (3), would need to improve their goal scoring traits if they are to win or pick anything in their clash against WAFA.

The home side might have lost Daniel Lomotey (8) to ES Setiff, Tunisia but Augustine Boakye (4) is slowly carving a niche for himself in the central role.

If WAFA win they will improve on their 4th spot on the log with 18 points while Dreams will also move up the ladder from their 10th position should the results sway in their favor.
