    The Ghana Premier League 2025/26 season is forty-eight hours away from taking centre stage, and is a toast of local league football in the country.



    This piece focuses on the various coaches for the 18 Ghana Premier League clubs.

    For Swedru All Blacks, their return to the Ghana Premier League after a 16-year hiatus pushed them to the technical appointment of a foreign lead in Egyptian Ahmed Fati.
    For Hearts of Oak, it was long overdue before they cut ties with Ivorian Outtara Aboubakar, who had spent a little over two years on the job with nothing substantial to show for it, leading to the appointment of experienced figurehead, Didi Dramani.

    Meanwhile, Kotoko, Medeama SC, GoldStars, and Nations FC chose to retain their head coaches (Karim Zito, Ibrahim Tanko, Frimpong Manso, and Kasim Mingle) for the upcoming season.
