    Hearts of Oak lost to Bibiani GoldStars in front of their expectant fans at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.



    On the back of drawing goalless at the Tuba AstrTurf against Dreams FC a week past, the Phobians were optimistic about turning their inconsistent season into an awning one.

    The first half flew by with no goals oose between the two after a host of ongoing attacks by both teams.
    The game was brought to life as Samuel Amofa misjudged a pass from a teammate who was picked by Michael Nkoah who singly handed took on two players from the opposition tee up fan’s favorite Atta Kumi, who put the poor beyond captain Benjamin, en Asare in post for Hearts of Oka.
    Six minutes later, was awarded a penalty after the exciting Hussein Mohammed was brought down in the box by Kamadini Mahamudu.

    The man-of-the-match goalkeeper, Emmanuel Kobi saved the resultant penalty from Hamza Issa.
    GoldStars will journey back to West Africa having secured back-to-back wins against Hearts of Oak while Hearts of Oak will travel back to the West to play Medeama SC at the TNA Park for the next game of the Ghana Premier League.
