Ghana international Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer’s move from Hamburger SV to French Ligue 1 outfit OGC Nice has failed.

The Black Stars attacker had agreed on personal terms with the French Ligue 1 outfit ahead of the proposed 6 million euros move in the ongoing summer transfer window.

With both clubs finalizing a move upon agreement of the transfer fee, the Ghana international had moved closer to joining the French outfit from Hamburger SV.

French broadcaster RMC Sport reports that an unspecified issue was detected during his first medical examination, which led OGC Nice to decide against signing the forward.

This development means that Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer will jet back to Hamburger SV to prepare for the German Bundesliga.
