    The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has released the date for the start of the Ghana Premier League season.

     



    The association outlined, Friday, September 6, 2024, through Monday, September 8, 2024, will usher the teams for the start of the league.

    Samartex, first-time winners of the league will have it all to do to defend their league triumph from last season, as clubs such as Kotoko, Hearts, and Aduana Stars will give it their best shot once the league starts on September, 6,2024. 

    Hearts of Lions, Karela United survived relegation by the skin of the teeth and would relish an opportunity to give it their best shot when the league resumes.

    Young Apostles, Basake Holy Stars, and Vision FC are the newly promoted sides, following the relegation of Great Olympics, Bofoakwa Tano, and Real Tamale United.
