    Ghanaian midfielder Francis Abu has sealed his long-awaited summer move to French Ligue 1 side Toulouse.



    The midfielder signed a four-year contract with the French club from Cercle Brugge in Belgium.

    Speaking to the club’s in-house media team, he expressed his excitement about sealing the deal.
    “I’m very happy to be here,” Abu told the club’s media.
    “I can’t wait to start this new challenge and join this wonderful family. I’m also looking forward to discovering the Pink City and meeting all the club’s incredible supporters.” he ended
    Francis came through the Right to Dream Academy, then to Nordsjaelland and Cercle Brugge, where he played over 60 league games.

    He was a subject of intense interest from Turkish sides, Basaksehir FK, Trabzonspor, Burnley, Torino, and Genoa.
    Since his debut in March 2024, he has gone on to make five appearances for the Black Stars.
