Hearts of Oak beat Kotoko 2-0 in the final round of the 2025 GHALCA Top 4 competition.

Frank Duku opened the scoring on the 7th minute mark after poor communication in the Porcupine Warriors’ defense.

Kotoko fought relentlessly, but the defensive readiness of Ali Mohammed and Osei Asibey stalled all the attacks.
In the second half, the Phobians nearly doubled their lead through Martin Karikari, whose stinging half-volley was acrobatically tipped onto the crossbar by substitute goalkeeper Mohammed Camara.

A string of tactical substitutions saw the introduction of Emmanuel Amankwah for Yaw Amankwah Baafi at right back, who went on to double the lead of the Phobians through a corner kick in the  73rd minute.
The Phobia boys held on to pick their first win over Kotoko in several games.
