The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has formally charged Elmina Sharks Owner Dr. Papa Kwesi Ndoum for alleged misconduct during his team’s Division One League clash against Swedru All Blacks.

Dr. Ndoum is said to have been displeased with a penalty call from the referee against his club in the course of the game.

According to the DC, his actions not only halted play but also drew strong reactions from match officials, raising concerns about the conduct of club owners during competitive fixtures.
