    Moroccan powerhouse, Wydad AC lost heavily to European club, Juventus in the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup.

     



    The Moroccan club was left in tatters as they failed to stop the attacking onslaught from the Italian team at the Lincoln Financial Field, leaving them on the verge of an early exit from the tournament.

    Abdelmounaim Boutouil’s 6th-minute own goals set the tone for the game. Kenan Yıldız scored the second for Juventus but Thembinkosi Lorch halved the deficit before the first-half interval.

    Kenan Yıldız was back on the scoresheet after he was teed up through by Randal Kolo Muani for the third goal with Dusan Vlahovic scoring a late penalty to settle the game, 4-1.

    The game leaves Wydad with no points from two games in the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup.
