    The African contingent of Al Ahly, Mamelodi Sundowns, and Wydad were all on the losing end with Esperance de Tunis the only team basking a hard-fought win over US side, Los Angeles Galaxy.



    Al Ahly couldn’t stop the strength of Brazilian opponents, Palmeiras as they lost by two unanswered goals.
