    Ghana’s Fatawu Issahaku opened his Premier League campaign with a sumptuous assist for Leicester City against Tottenham.

    In a game that saw both teams share the spoils at the King Power Sports Stadium.

    Head coach Steve Cooper rewarded the youngster with his first league appearance which he didn’t disappoint as he assisted Jamie Vardy’s equalizer with a well-taken cross on 58 minutes.

    The goal canceled out Pedro Porro’s first-half goal in the 29th minute.  

    Fatawu was instrumental in aiding Leicester City to secure promotion to the Premiership and will hope to continue his fine form with the English club.

    Leicester will face Fulham at the Craven Cottage for game week two of the Premier League fixture.
