    Evans Owusu joins Liberty Professionals

    After weeks of several speculations, free agent, Evans Owusu has joined Ghana Premier League club Liberty Professionals ahead of the second transfer window.



    Evans Owusu was one of several players shown the exit door in a massive overhauling under then club manager, Maxwell Konadu some months back.

    In an exclusive interview with Saharafootball.net, confirming the short-term deal with the Dansoman based club, which will last till the end of the ongoing Ghana Premier League 2020-21 campaign.

    He expressed delight at the opportunity of joining David Ocloo’s side, who are still struggling to in the league.

    “I am very happy to join Liberty Professionals, it’s a rare opportunity to and I hope to make the most of it, whenever the coach gives me the chance to prove my worth”

    “I know the club is struggling in the ongoing league but I will try best with my new teammates to lift our position on the table”

    The second transfer window was opened on February 16, 2021, hopefully, his signing will propel the club to find its rhythm.
