    Eleven Wonders beat Real Tamale United to secure their promotion back to the Ghana Premier League Access Bank Division One League playoff on Friday, May 30, at the Accra Sports Stadium.



    The Techiman team, having been relegated some three seasons ago, was looking to get back to the league, but standing in their way was Real Tamale United.

    Eleven Wonders got their noses in front through Frank Awere in the 13th minute after a wonderfully worked team effort.

    Real Tamale United was awarded a penalty by referee Selorm Bless, which was converted by Blabala Bamon in the 67th minute of the game.

    With the game poised for extra time, Farouk Ameyaw’s last-gasp penalty in the 90th minute proved the important winner for Eleven Wonders.
