Ghana midfielder Lawrence Agyekum has penned a four-year permanent deal with Belgian Pro League outfit Cercle Brugge.

This development occurred after the dynamic midfielder impressed his Belgian employers during his loan spell from Austrian giants RB Salzburg during the 2024/25 season.

The 21-year-old’s energetic and combustible nature saw him become an instant fan favorite among the club fans.

He was involved in four-goal contributions across over forty appearances.

Agyekum started from WAFA SC, joining RB Salzburg, and then farmed out on loan to the feeder side Liefering for a season, and a season later to Cercle Brugge, where he has been a cogwheel in the heart of midfield for the Belgian outfit.
