Ghana Women’s Premier League champions, Hasaacas Ladies settled for a draw in their group opener against Omni Sports in the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League Qualifiers.

The Ghanaian side hoping to get favorable results following their second appearance in the WAFU B zonal qualifiers couldn’t get past a stubborn opposition at the Stade de la Paix de Bouake on Sunday.

The Western region-based outfit was largely playing second fiddle to their opposition goalkeeper, Grace Banwaa, who had to repel a lot of attacks to keep his side in the game.

In the end, both teams settled for a goalless draw, they will now hope to improve their results as they take on Edo Queens from Nigeria.
